my buddhi brother living in Poland told me an info about this song.
isn't it sound tres-zen!?

"Peace will come to me
Peace will come to me

I'm leaving bitterness behind
This time I'm cleaning out my mind
There is no space for the regrets
I will remember to forget

Just look at me
I am walking love incarnate
Look at the frequencies at which I vibrate
I'm going to light up the world

Peace will come to me
Peace will come to me

I'm leaving anger in the past
With all the shadows that it casts
There is a radar in my heart
I should have trusted from the start

Just look at me
I'm a living act of holiness
Giving all the positivity that I possess
I'm going to light up the world

Peace will come to me
Just wait and see
Peace will come to me
It's meant to be
Peace will come to me
Just wait and see
Peace will come to me
It's an inevitability"

these are the lyrics to our national anthem.

"君が代は
千代に八千代に
さざれ石の
巌となりて
苔のむすまで"

"thousands of years of happy reign be thine;
Rule on, my Lord, till what are pebbles now
By age united to mighty rocks shall grow
Whose venerable side the moss doth line."

i offer some water at the alter, water plants, burn incense, sit in lotus.

it's still dark out.

i stare out at the sky for a while.
dawn is coming in soon.

as i open the door to go walking, i smell the cool air after the rain.
it smells good.

i went to Eiheij to attend Hossen shiki.

we have 2 special practice term in Eiheiji.
"NATSU SEITYU(夏制中)" and "FUYU SEITYU(冬制中)".

a leader called "SHUSO (首座)" must be elected among all Unsuis.
my dharma brother, "不染 FUZEN san" was given a role.

it has a huge effect on me, i have to live in Tokyo for at least next 3 months under the influence of this impact.

since i don't have enough money to eat "luxury meals".
i eat rice everyday, every-meals.

if we want to taste simple, plain meals.
you have to concentrate on your posture, breathing and the five senses deeply.

we tend to season food strongly in Tokyo, but if you really face on foods when you cook meals. you will notice that we don't have to season food in such a way.
